I approach writing as my medium of choice to better rationalize the human condition. My love for words began with my mother who’s a writer herself. Growing up I was constantly interacting with lyrical expression in music as well as the whimsy nature of a book before bed, which my mom read for us every single night. Over the years I’ve realized that writing is not just the tangible form of putting words onto paper, it is a way of approaching the world. I hope my work reflects exactly that - a child-like wonder that continues to ripen with time. Within a background of media studies, anthropology and the music scene, I intend to bring forward an intimate way of connecting these forms through writing.
