No. Profiles and work are found by discipline, city and search, and Inspirations and Discovery show the community’s work at random, not by popularity.

Yes. The Free plan gives you a public portfolio, 25 job applications a month and 20 portfolio projects. Pro (€19 a month, or €190 a year) makes applications unlimited, with 100 projects and 20GB of storage.

Every paid job is split into milestones. The brand funds a milestone before you start; when they approve what you delivered, the money is released to your payout account. Add your payout details in Settings → Payout before you apply.

Yes. When you apply you can accept the brand’s rates or propose your own per milestone, and agree them in the conversation before the contract is made.

Passion projects. Post one with the spots you need, or ask to join someone else’s with your work. Once the team is set, it gets its own Backstage.

Start Up is free, with one live job at a time. Studio (€79 a month) has three live jobs and two team seats; Growth (€199 a month) has unlimited jobs and five seats. Paying yearly gets you two months free. There’s an 8.5% service fee on each milestone you fund, paid by the company: creatives keep 100%. You see it before you pay.

You fund each milestone up front. TwoSteps holds the money until you approve the delivery, then releases it to the creative. If you’re not happy with a delivery you can ask for changes before approving.

Yes. Once you and the creative agree the terms (milestones, rates, usage term and territory), the contract is made for you, and an invoice is made for every payment.

Yes, a company can keep its profile out of public view. The creatives who apply to your jobs still see who they’re working with.

On Studio you can invite one person and on Growth four, each as an owner, a producer (posts jobs and hires) or finance (funds and pays). Everyone works as the company and shares its inbox.

Go to Forgot password and we’ll email you a link to reset it. The link works once, for an hour, on any device. If it has expired, ask for a new one.

In Settings → General. Your data can be exported there first.
