Raised in a household where literature was deeply valued, I developed an early appreciation for the written word. After a quick break from the field, I found myself drawn back with a sense of urgency, one to create, question and contribute with intent. In founding TwoSteps, a platform built on connection, creativity and opportunity, a spark came back. The Brief emerged as a site of discussion, a space dedicated to intentional discussion and critical reflection. As Editor-in-Chief of the Brief, I curate monthly themes to frame discussions and to challenge perspectives. Each edition, we encourage artists, thinkers and readers to engage with their work, and bring reflection into their creative process. The goal is not simply to publish, but to cultivate a movement to revive interest in the arts and to showcase the power of ideas expressed through creativity.
